Orders over $200 NZD (excluding rural addresses).

Dispatch Time:
Orders are packed within 1–2 working days and sent via tracked courier.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on location.

Pick-Up:

Free local pick-up from No87, 85-87 Revell Street, Hokitika. Choose “Pick Up” at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready (usually within 24 hours).

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

We offer an exchange or store credit—no refunds unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days.
Email photos and details to info@no87.co.nz and we’ll get it sorted with either a replacement, store credit, or refund.
