Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Change of Mind
We offer store credit (excluding shipping) for change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Sale items, personal care, earrings, skincare, food, and furniture are final sale unless faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it:

Please provide a description and photos. If accepted, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Items must be returned in original packaging.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as returns are the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare case something you purchased is out of stock, we’ll be in touch promptly to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
ACCOMMODATION
By booking a stay at No87 via our website or booking platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
We’re a small, design-led accommodation with a deep connection to the land, so we ask all guests to treat our space and surrounds with the same care and respect with which it was created.
Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• A booking confirmation will be emailed to you (please check your spam folder if not received).
• Price on ‘Stay’ page includes use of bed linens and any standard cleaning fees.
(It is not serviced while guests are staying.)
• Prices are in NZD and include 15% GST.
• All credit card payments incur a 2.9% transaction fee.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. If they do:
• Cancel more than 14 days before arrival = Full refund
• Cancel within 14 days of arrival = No refund
No refunds are issued for early departures. We recommend travel insurance to protect your plans.
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in is from 3pm
• Check-out is by 10am
Arrival details will be emailed 48 hours before your stay. Please let us know your approximate arrival time when booking so we can warmly welcome you.
Adults-Only Retreat
No87 is a quiet, boutique escape and is not suitable for children. Our accommodation is for adults only (unless requested. )
Gift Vouchers
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No change is given for unused value.
Noise & Respect
Please be mindful of other guests and neighbours—No87 is a place to unwind. Quiet hours begin at 9pm.
Smoking / Vaping
• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or on the property.
• Breaching this rule will incur a $500 cleaning fee, plus any additional damage costs (e.g. fire service call-outs).
Animals
No pets are permitted.
Damage & Conduct
We ask that you treat No87 as you would your own home. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required. Furniture and fittings must not be moved or rearranged.
Liability
No87 is a self-contained accommodation. Guests stay at their own risk, and we accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please take care, especially on tracks and outdoor areas.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

FARM
Reconnect with the land beneath your feet.
We look forward to welcoming you to our working diary farm, nestled beside the Hokitika Gorge.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please take note of the following:
Bookings
All tours must be pre-booked via our website or by contacting us directly. Numbers are limited to keep the experience personal and low-impact.
Arrival & Timing
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Tours begin promptly and may not be delayed for late arrivals.
What to Bring
• Closed-toe shoes or boots
• Weather-appropriate clothing – this is the West Coast, after all
• A camera, your curiosity, and a sense of adventure
Children & Safety
Children are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
As this is a working farm, please stay with your guide, follow instructions, and do not approach animals or equipment unless invited to.
Respect for the Land and Animals
We ask all guests to tread gently on the land. No pets allowed. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Weather & Cancellations
Farm tours go ahead in light rain – it’s all part of the experience!
If weather conditions are unsafe or we need to cancel for any reason, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduled tour.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled tour: Full refund
• Cancel within 48 hours of the tour: 50% refund
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: No refund
We’re a small operation and appreciate your understanding – last-minute cancellations can be hard to fill.
